Abysmal service

Not sure about the Koolaid the "doctor" is drinking, but I have numbers for you



Can't open a ticket with support as they drop you after 15 minute on hold (mind-bending muzak BTW).
Time to move on. Lesson learned.

This is interesting, I have speeds just as bad as yours. I have the rated 45/4 plan and these speeds stuck with me since 12PM EST, it was fine the day before though.

I have numbers myself. The service I am receiving is fantastic. I think most CIK customers would say the same.

I had concerns with CIK but so far into my 2nd week, no complains with the speed. Consistent over 22M (for 25/2 plan).
