Have you tried escalating this within Rogers? It sounds like the rep made a mistake by removing the promotion and then disconnecting the account. That is not standard operating procedure.

THIS is the problem with Rogers. EVERYTHING borders on the incompetent, unethical and sometimes the criminal. Customers always having to escalate, file a complaint or have the issue decided by the CRTC.

Not an ounce of honesty or integrity to be found at Rogers anywhere. Just completely disgusting to think this is a premier Canadian business.

You can't even cancel and move on without a big ugly fight...........
