Have you tried escalating this within Rogers? It sounds like the rep made a mistake by removing the promotion and then disconnecting the account. That is not standard operating procedure.

Not an ounce of honesty or integrity to be found at Rogers anywhere. Just completely disgusting to think this is a premier Canadian business.
