[Speed] Slow internet, only getting 4/10?

Click for full size
Modem Signal
Hi,

I noticed my internet got slow (I'm on 50/10 Blast) so I started to download SP3 and was getting 25--90KB/s
Did speedtest and got this »www.speedtest.net/result/2860875702.png
Spoke w/ cust. serv. and they said everything ok on their end. Rebooted modem over 5 times and rebooted pfSense.

At the end to rule out pfSense and switch I've tested with modem hooked up straight to the laptop.

I will leave it unplugged over night and try in the morning again.
Any ideas?

Your Upstream Signal/Transmit Level is out of spec. Its currently 52 & 50. It should be 49 or below. There may be a maintenance issue or drop issue that may be appearing now. A tech visit should be scheduled.

Thanks for taking time to reply!

So I've unplugged modem (SB6120) and pfSense and left it over night, this morning I've reconnected everything and my speeds are back to what I'm use to »www.speedtest.net/result/2861556764.png

I do not have service plan so if the tech comes out does not find any issues I will be charged the fee. Do you think I still need a visit? or a new modem?

Also, I forgot to mention that house is 7 years old and from my computer room to the Comcast box on the side of house there's 30+ ft of coax cable that was installed by Comcast when I first moved in.

Connected modem straight to cable coming from inside the box on the side of house and this is my signal now

Not sure if this trace route has any weird timeouts?
