Channel Not Available
That's the message I get when tuning to TBS HD, channel 552. I have the extreme package and the channel should be available. I have rebooted the STB through the "In Home Agent". No help. I get code 8801 - 0552. What does this code mean?
This verizon forum may shed some light. 8801 looks like a signal strength problem.

I was having a similar problem on Saturday (July 27) with the Reelz channel (channel 233). I kept getting the "currently not available" message on screen. When I checked with the In Home Agent, it said that there was an "outage" on this channel and that it should be back on the air by 6:50 PM ET. Well, after 7 PM, I checked back to channel 233 (Reelz) and everything was up and running smoothly again.
