I found some similarities. Last time the Mediacom Internet was gone from July 5-6 and this time it's gone from July 26-27; both were at the Friday-Saturday overnight time frame. According to my router logs, both were cut around 4 am in the early morning. I didn't quite believe any construction work can happen during 4 am on Saturday morning to accidentally cut the cable. Maybe that's an easy answer to tell customers over and over again when the Internet didn't work?
