I think (hope) what they are saying is that it may take up to 2 billing cycles to take effect. |

Yeah the auto pay totally sucks. It takes like 2 months to activate and sometimes they'll even bill you for 2 months (or more) at once! I used it for like a year and never again! |

I use it and have never had a problem. That being said, I routinely don't change my services/equipment either. |
