D-Link → D-LINK DSL2750b WILL not let me log in

All I get when I log in, system asked for the password on "b8a386ebe95d".
I never changed it. And I don't know what the password is?

Is there a programmed p/w for the router.
I have tried the default password on the gateway sticker.

Did you get it from Verizon? If so, you probably have to call them and ask. Most likely it was changed when the Tech installed it and Verizon don't give you the password unless you ask because they prefer you don't change stuff. You could factory reset it, but then you would have to refill a bunch of DSL stuff, so I wouldn't suggest that unless you have done it before.

Only thing manual says is

Username and then enter your password (refer to login password on the label located on

It was not done by the Verizon tech. I did a default reset on the gateway and it still came up with the question to log in for "b8a386ebe95d" But I do not know the password.

I'm going to pull my hair out soon, and I don't have much to spare.

I Think you need to factory reset the MODEM and then reconfigure everything and go and and change the Modems web page log in password to something you can remember and only you have. Make the PW some what easy for you. Doesn't have to be complex.

What IP are you using to connect to the Dlink? Is it your default gateway when you do a IPconfig?

192.168.1.1 I have done a factory default reset. But it still asks for the password to log in to "b8a386ebe95d". Also the SSDI changes to "b8a386ebe95d".

PW should be either blank, or admin or password or maybe 1234...
