I've been using the g4100 for a couple of years now but last night it stopped communicating with all mobile devices except laptops. I've powered the unit down and restarted it but it still refuses to communicate with mobile devices. Any ideas????
We haven't changed any settings yet. It starting working on mobile devices earlier today and then stopped. At the moment I think someone has something that appears to be locking the system down. I'm going to wait until Monday to see if the system resets when most of the users go home. If not then we will try and do a full reset of the system and reprogram it. It's very strange that it is only causing problems with mobile devices and not laptops
