If you are using a router (more specifically a LinkSys router) with QOS activated, this upstream value is what I get as well. Normal. Take QOS off, and you'll get reading of 10.

here in windsor getting about 3.5 up. ill try and reboot the modem when i get home. also, i see other users with very low pings under 30 ms. mine is around 45-50. why is this?

Decided it was time to reset the modem and try a speedtest. Windsor is now showing 20/8.73 on the Turbo 20 package at my home.

I'll check later to see if the 8.73 was due to congestion, or whether we're not quite at 10mb.

Still, it beats 2mb.

That app is kind of broken and often provides screwed up results on the upload side over wifi.

I just noticed that when I use my Android Phone and use the Speedtest.net app through my wireless connection my upload is between 5 and 5.3Mbps, but hardwired is 3.7 to 3.9Mbps. Weird

20/4 (approx) on Turbo 20. It was 20/2 a few days ago.

Looks like Turbo 20 in Dundas has been upgraded! All through last evening I was getting time outs on webpages but now things are good!

Where in Chatham do you live that you are getting almost 10Mbps for your upload? I live on the West side near Grand Ave and Keil Drive and I am still only getting 1 channel and 4Mbps for my upload.

It will definately be nice once Chatham gets more then one upload channel but for now I'll take it.

I'm thinking some parts of Chatham are still on one upload channel. Only getting 20/4 here, but that's with teksavvy so maybe the profiles haven't been upgraded yet for iisp.

Looks as if chatham's upgrade might have been completed this evening. My net cut out for like 5 mins when it came back i got this result on my speed test off the Teksavvy server in Toronto. was previously getting around 3mb on the upstream.

20mbs customers still haven't gotten the upgrade. Chatham has only one upload channel at the moment so tops well get is 4mbps upload until they add additional.

Turbo 20 will be last by the looks of things. Not sure if Windsor has multiple upload channels or not. You can check in your modems diagnostics page. If there is only one you can expect 4mb/s upload until they ad additional channels.

Are Windsor Turbo 20 customers scheduled to receive the speed upgrade?

I don't think they have multiple channels for upload available in the Chatham area yet. So until they add another two upload channels 4mbps is the best were going to get.
