I know people are excited about the new upload speeds, as I am as well (Ultimate 30 here). All I can say is have patience, we will get everyone who qualifies upgraded as quickly as we can.

Has anyone in Chatham on the Ultimate 60 received the 10Mbps upload? My increased, but only to 4Mbps. |

| Your in the same boat as me,your not prepped for the roll out yet. I bet if you check in your modum,you will only have one upstream channel active. |

Unfortunately as per word from the reps, Business customers are not reciving the upgrade in the same manner as residential customers. I am in Hamilton here where Ultimate 60 residential has the upgrades, but Ultimate 60 Business does not. The upgrades for business customers is significantly behind the residential customers for between the 12-15th according to a rep on the phone.

Still nothing here. If biz gets the shaft and doesn't get bumped up, I'm switching to Fibe. I won't even give Cogeco the privilege of passing my traffic via Start. |

| My internet just went down at about 12:22am Monday, and when it came back a few seconds later I was upgraded to the full 10mbps upload
I'm on the Business ultimate 60 package in Burlington |

I can confirm based on what my friends in the Niagara Peninsula have said, Ultimate 60 and Business Ultimate 45 has been upgraded. My Ultimate has also been upgraded here in St. Catharines (as confirmed in the other upgrade thread). |

Good to see the customers paying 60 and 80 dollars a month still getting the shaft big time. Apparently I need to pay over 100 dollars for a small home to get the proper service. |

Ultimate 30 and Turbo 20 will be coming. We are phasing the upgrades over several weeks. If you are in a qualifying area, you will get the upgrade. |
