And in a few months whenever their contract was up you would have faced the same thing again...unfortunately it happens to everyone....we are not special in that regard.

I cancelled Brighthouse because reception is horrible, contractors lazy, hold times are always 15+ minutes when I call...weather TW or tv networks are being greedy-neither are getting my business. I really miss Directv-much better service and quality picture and equiptment! Nog to mention cheaper. I now live in a "Brighthouse only" sub and I choose to go without. Hello internet tv!
