Upload increases are currently slated to begin August 8th, and speeds will be increased over several weeks for our customers. |

What exactly do you mean they will be increased over several weeks?
Does that mean that some areas will get the upgrade before others? Or does that mean that the upgrade will come in pieces, such as 4 Mbps then 6, until it finally reaches 10?
Will the upgrade take place on the 8th for everyone who received the email? |
