Bell would either call you or send you a registered letter. But they'd call you. Or let your service lapse, then you'd call them. My ex didn't pay her Bell on time, it only allowed incoming calls and calls to Bell. No one asks for your information online in an e-mail.
BTW: I get these sometimes. It's funny when you're not a client, not so funny if you are, but you're best forwarding the e-mail to the Bell Fraud Department.
