[HSI] Sending promotion offers where you don't have service !!!Seriously ?? All excited to receive a Charter promotional postcard in my mailbox thinking that just MAYBE you (Charter) were encroaching on AT&T and Comcast territories.
NOPE: service not offered.
Where in the blue blazes are you buying addresses from ?? |

Re: [HSI] Sending promotion offers where you don't have serviceGet those same crap mailings from Comcast every once in a while here too, although I do have Charter.
Comcast is the ISP just outside the village I live in. In fact, I'm at the very outskirts of the village and Comcast is only 2 houses down from me.
Not that I want to have Comcrap for my ISP though because, believe it or not, I'm actually quite happy with how my Charter internet has always worked. Not that happy with how Charter does business though. |

Re: [HSI] Sending promotion offers where you don't have service They usually go by zip code, and there are often areas within a zip code where they don't provide service, even in heavily populated areas. |

Get them EVERY week, and ALREADY have their services. Not sure why they keep sending them out.. save your paper and postage.
for a while, they were calling every day, again, we already have charter services.
Irritating... Finally the phone calls stopped after repeated requests.
the mail just goes in the trash. |
