Why not to the "HIGH-END" villages?

Shiz, I live in a town where the median home value tops 1.5 million and is densely populated. HELLO...profit?!?!
PS I don't live in one of those home, I live in a modest 250k condo/apt

I use U-Verse, get 24/3. Comcast is available but nodes are oversubscribed...

easier to install it in new apartment homes. and fiber to the home is a lot more work then running fiber in Apartments.

True, not alot of line dropping. U can split a fiber line to individual subscribers, say for an entire building of say 3 buildings. Each building getting their own fiber trunk. Makes sense....buy if Google Fiber can do it, why not AT&T?
