We had a slight improvement a couple months ago, consistent 2.0+ connection out of out 3.0 about 60-70% of the time we were on which was a step up from what we were getting. I held off on saying anything because I wanted to see how long it lasted and didn't want to Jinx it. Well I am glad I didn't say anything because since Thursday our connection has been crap
Apparently I am told now that my modem is hitting for 1054 out of the 3584 I am provisioned for, I don't want to get rid of my Speedstream 4200 because I have heard horror stories about the new Windstream modems and don't want more headaches on top of what my connection causes me. Does Windstream have just a modem anymore or is it all modem/router?
