Zedd Solutions on Behalf of Rogers

I have opted out of the marketing online.
I have submitted numerous complaints to Rogers managers.
I have contacted the office of the president.
Yet still every month like fucking clockwork Zedd solutions on behalf of Rogers calls me with a "new exclusive offer"
Needless to say I am not happy.
This is a public message to Rogers and Zedd media to fuck off.
Rogers, your marketing opt outs dont work and your office of the president lied to me last month, promising me I'd be off all marketing lists within 2 weeks.

That's new. I used to get calls from Teleperformance on behalf of Rogers until I blocked all four of their numbers.

I eventually had to cancel all my Rogers services just to get them to stop pestering me.

I used the Rogers portal to opt out. Confirmed on the phone that if I received any more calls I would cancel.

No calls since. Not one.

Thats nice Mike.
But just because it worked for you does not mean it works for every customer.
I should mention Zedd is offering me an "exclusive offer" on a cell phone.
This is specifically a Rogers Wireless problem.
Perhaps you dont have cell service?

I'm sure it doesn't work for everyone. But I post my experiences in the hopes that it helps someone. If 1 person is helped I've done my bit.

Me? Wireless with Rogers? Never happen in a million years. Bell Mobility was bad enough. I've been with Wind for almost a year now. Much cheaper, but similar levels of bullshit, including offshore support and signals that have problems passing through paper. But that's another thread.
