1.5 mbps down/super slow speeds in Moline, IL

Been having consistent slow speeds in Moline, IL all morning, running speedtest and its showing 1.5mbps download.....

Anyone else having issues?

I spoke with tech support on the phone and I was informed there is a network congestion issue in my area affecting my speed as well. She says there is no ETA but they are aware of it.

They need to change cards and redesign the node.

Looking over it, I do not see any area issues or congestion. I do still see local signal problems for you.

well then it appears I'm getting 2 storys from the same company. This issue just seemed to start today. May be best to set up a tech visit then and deal with the signal issue.

My experience is that the phone support is relatively clueless compared to Chad....ALWAYS contact him first.

I did contact him first. So I when i called to set up a tech she ran me through the standard tests and told me what she told me.

Signals appear to be cleared up for now. However you have had downstream error spikes 3 times in the past week. So it might be good to still get the tech out there.
