(sigh) nickphx has a point, you can change it by different ISP providers. Cox does not need have to confirm it for your issues. trying finding the cox out for fault is pointless and quite seems be meaningless at this point for your issue. you can do is change the different ISP providers other than Cox.

What Cox does or does not need to confirm is best left for Cox to decide. What I post is up to me, and what I can post is up to the Moderator of this forum. I am asking a simple question with a likely complex answer, but I feel it is a legitimate question for me to ask as a Cox customer. Optimus2357 has a point, and anyway, your time might be better spent learning proper grammar so you can write things that actually make sense.
