That was around an hour ago, it cleared up but it seems it happened again (10% loss) but it's clear once more.

Yes, DDoS against the DSL network. We've routed the impacted segment through Toronto where we have some bigger equipment to help filter it. It'd be really nice if network operators implemented BCP38.
