I've been a teksavvy customer since April 2013 (and previous for a brief time about 10 years ago), and I have to say that service is excellent. Yesterday I called teksupport, the phone was answered by a live person in less that 1 minute -- (Chad) and he stepped through the troubleshooting book with me with professionalism second to none. The problem ended up being the modem -- or so it seems -- since buying a new one -- Dlink 520B -- all is well on this first 24 hours. I'm seeing a vast improvement in line stats and downloads -- uploads too are better.
