Accessing Services from inside network
I have the UltraTV setup. The issue I am having is when I try and access services I have running on my home server while I on my network they do not work. However, if I access them from work they have no problem. Does wow block outgoing ports or is there a setting I need to change in the UltraTV gateway?

We will need way more detail to attempt to troubleshoot this issue here... what services, what ports, what are you trying to do..? WOW does not block any ports
I am attempting to access sabnzbd(8585), sickbeard(8081), utorrent(46466). I have dyn dns setup and working. If I try to access these using the dyndns address while on my home network I am unable to. However, if I am not on my home network(work or verizon cell) I am able to access them without a problem. I use to have WOW standard internet then I went to comcast for 6 months and I was able to access these without a problem. Now that I am using UltraTV I am not able to access these.

When on your local network.. you won't want to use your dyndns name, use the servers local IP, most likely 192.168.x.x.
That will work just fine but all my programs on my phone are setup to use dyn dns. It worked fine until I got UltraTV setup.
That is how NAT works, some cheaper/older routers do WAN redirection which allows you to reference services from the external IP inside, but this is a cludge and a violation of the NAT design. If your router supports DNS override create a rule for your dyndns host name and point it to your RFC IP address (10.x.x.x/192.168.x.x) and that should work.
