Re: Configure a Static IP Block on a Netgear 7550

Click for full size
My Config has more check boxes
One of the IPs in my IP Block is pingable and has port 8080 open. I believe there is an issue on the backend of the system.

David asked if you were able to help me. You have, however I believe the problem is on the telco side of things, not the modem.

I can only access the internet when the modem is using DHCP on the WAN and a Dynamic IP.

The modem cannot be configured to use dhcp on the wan.
In your region a dynamic ip is allocated to the modem and the dynamic IP address maps to the block of public ip's

Since david is helping you you don't need me?
