That is VERY exciting. I've been wishing for Slingbox-like functionality for the TiVo for a long time, but I would imagine that there are some enormous, possibly insurmountable hurdles for cable provider-issued TiVos to overcome, if they are ever to offer this sort of functionality. We're already denied a lot of services on the TiVo, like Hulu Plus, Netflix, MLB.tv, Spotify, etc. I can't imagine how complicated it must be. |

| I guess the question is RCN going to block the stream/and or specific outside-of-the-home functionality of the stream when Tivo updates the software to allow it? |
