I have Charter Cable and they ran new cable to some of my rooms. The cable is orange in color and single strand. If I were to buy some ( Orange ) Cable and run it to my other bedroom, what brand or size of cable should I buy?/ Will RG-6 work or even 9913 cable? Or if possible, what size is the orange cable so it will match the rest the other cable runs.

Orange colored cable is usually meant for outdoor, underground use, and often it has a gel compound inside for cut protection. I've never seen it used inside the home, unless the installer doesn't care or is forced by circumstances.
Standard RG-6, tri or quad shield in white or black should be fine for indoor use. Double shield comes is a wide variety of qualities and many are pretty poor.
The difficult problem is PROPERLY installing QUALITY connectors. Push, twist, or crimp on connectors are all bad. Compression connectors are best, must be sized correctly for the cable, and installed properly with the right tool.
Most cable companies will charge $20-30 for an additional outlet and you'd be hard pressed to be get the needed splitter, cable, connectors, tools, and installation done yourself for less.
