Best internet service in Peterborough, Ontario

The city that I live in has generally poor internet service, and I'm looking to see if anyone has some helpful information on what would be the most effective internet solution. Thanks for your time.

Depends on where in town you are. If you are downtown-ish. Have a look at Nexicom.

I'm looking for regardless of the area of city. Location isn't necessarily an issue, as I will likely look to move to where the internet is the best in the near future.

Well, your options are Cogeco for cable & TPIA's that offer service on Cogeco's footprint. (Teksavvy & Start for example)

DSL - You are looking at Bell and almost all TPIA's. I don't think bell offers anything officially above 6 meg that I am aware of in this area.

Nexicom has there own gear in the Hunter St CO. They could offer better speeds based off the condition / distance of your copper. - ADSL2+ / VDSL2
