Lil,

I think a little change may be needed in »Security Cleanup FAQ »Mandatory Steps Before Requesting Assistance (Mandatory Steps FAQ in the Security Cleanup forum).
I think the log file(s) of AdwCleaner are now put in another place.
AdwCleaner now makes its own folder C:\AdwCleaner\ in which the log file(s) are put.
It used to be C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt
It is now C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

I think that line in the Mandatory Steps FAQ in the Cleanup forum needs now to be changed.
You can run the new version to confirm whether I'm right.

what is the exact problem you get logging in? I'd like to check it in case it is not peculiar to your setup.

edit: you seem to have a problem with the the login cookie. You are completing the login but if you stay logged out you have not stored the login cookie. Hmm, just like the good old days of 2001. Haven't had anyone with cookie issues for a decade.

Those updates and changes are usually applied & kept up to date by our "helpers" - this is one of them

Version 3.001 has just been released. Still looking for a changelog.

PS: Please note that AntiVir flags the latest version as malware (SPR/AutoIt.Gen). It's a false positive that will soon be fixed by Avira.
