BTW I asked this afew days ago but thus far no reply, ExtremeHD currently includes SD ESPN Spanish (1520) and SD UDeportes (1524) yet the HD channels are not available.
Has FIOS ever excluded the HD flavor when the SD was available for a package?
BTW maybe nycdave can chime in on this issue..... |

ESPN Deportes HD and Univision Deportes HD was recently added to FiOS TV but only in the Ultimate HD package only . |

On or after October 1, 2013, channel 191,"G4" will be discontinued. "G4" programming will continue to be available on FiOS Free on Demand.
So is G4 ceasing operations leaving us with existing shows VOD or are they pulling the linear channel while the network supplies it with fresh shows?
If the latter is true I'd like to see them pull some of the linear movie channels if they don't run live shows and they put all the non-live programming on VOD. Appointment TV is so 20th century.  |

Esquire Network is ok. The 80th Anniversary special was actually quite good.
Too bad Verizon only has it in SD so far. |

Most likely, there are no problems with your cable card because Pittsburgh (VHO 11) does not yet have channels 596 or 735; both Tampa Bay and Pittsburgh are on the same digital addressable controller (DAC). Willow HD (Ch. 1007) and TV Japan HD (Ch. 1769) were added last week in Pittsburgh (and likely Tampa Bay too) at 333 MHz in MPEG-4. There is room for 3 more MPEG-4 channels in this QAM slot. |

I see it. I thought Willow HD would be a Paid channel. But I guess, it's not.
Anyway... I forget what thread I read this in, ( plus I tried to search through the Forum ) but with regarding MPEG4. The recent adds of : Sony Movie Channel, Universal Sports, and WillowHD. They are all in MPEG4, correct?
I Know of the 10 of 20 channels that are MPEG4 transition channels, Am I also missing any MPEG4 new channels ?

cricket seems like a niche sport here in the USA and should be under the subscription tier...at least with fishing I can see more of a fan base |

Well thats is good news. I tried to offload some content from Sony Movie Channel, 735. It is Copy Once. Same thing for 596. |
