Ah, ok.
That would be nice. I created a post in Verizons "Ideas and Suggestions" (or whatever it's called) forum over a year ago requesting History Channel 2 in HD and got a good number of votes.
I'll believe it when I see it, however. The promises of more HD on the "basic" channel side of things have been made for a long time by Verizon. |

They heavily promoted the move to FXX during most FOX/FX programming for the last several weeks. I've seen commercials for FXX on multiple channels. |

Even forgoing that the techies wouldn't be there on the holiday weekend in case there was a problem, much more important is that Customer Service Reps would be light too. Do you have any idea of how many people will call because a channel is added? or where is the new channel? or what's this on my screen/stb? One little change will throw some people off and send them to the phones.

Usually Verizon only does 1 VHO a week so do not expect everyone to have the channels for awhile. |
