2 645.0 MHz -9.2 dBmV 38.9 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM
3 651.0 MHz -9.3 dBmV 33.5 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM
4 657.0 MHz -9.5 dBmV 37.3 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM
5 663.0 MHz -10.0 dBmV 38.2 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM
6 0.0 MHz 0.0 dBmV 0.0 dB 0.0 % None
7 0.0 MHz 0.0 dBmV 0.0 dB 0.0 % None
8 0.0 MHz 0.0 dBmV 0.0 dB 0.0 % None
Return Path:
Channel ID Frequency Power Modulation
8 38.6 MHz 55.5 dBmV 64 QAM
0 0.0 MHz 0.0 dBmV QPSK
0 0.0 MHz 0.0 dBmV QPSK
0 0.0 MHz 0.0 dBmV QPSK

I know they look bad, what can I do to fix this?

The modem is connected directly to the cable jack, no splitters.
