| [WildBlue] Very POOR Service Is WildBlue Customer Service just complete poor service? I called couple days ago seeing if I could get a Tech come and fix my internet. Well, I got it working about an hour or so after calling and called them back and cancel the tech to come over on the schedule date. Well comes the schedule date. The guy shows up. He doesn't knock, he walks in and starts going to work. He didn't know I had cancel the date. And it was not even in the system I had canceled. Clearly they want the money more than anything. I know the internet service is bad enough but come on. |
