While the work is being done repairs in those areas are delayed. Hopefully they will be done soon. The good news is that they're upgrading the network. |

Hey Twiin: I am near your area. Mine was down for 8 days. I end up calling various departments today but end up in retention. Got the cancellation # and after 30 mins I believe someone took action immediately and got mine resolved. But, I signed up elsewhere and kind of too late for me. You can hold on and maybe it will be resolved |

That was just a coincidence... They are doing tons of work on the network. On our end everything is running fine and has been for months.
The work takes the time it takes... Anybody you would have been with for that period of time.. Would have been down. |
