 | yes, I get the same message. And I have cable.... Earthlink webmail online help said
"I request you to clear your browsing history and cache files."
Have the same problem with Firefox and Explorer. Sorry, I can't help, but apparently it's not browser related. |

Four days later, Earth Link has addressed and fixed the problem. I am happy and still pleased about my choice of being a long time Earth Link user. |
