We have has slow and non-existent Internet for the past week and now this morning I have nothing. Modem just has flashing DSL and can't connect. I have went through all steps to correct issue to no avail. What gives?
Welcome to the club. I just cancelled my Windstream DSL and phone service. After fighting with tech support for over two months, I learned that the BRAS that serves my area is broken and will not be repaired until 2014. This is almost unbelievable but there it is, and it's a shame because until this mess, Windstream had been a solid service for four years. Back to Comcast.
