Turdicus Sr : I currently have Adelphia "power link" and over the past few days have seen my speeds cut by over 60%. Just last week I was at 52 to 54 times the speed of 56k now I'm at 13 to 23. So as I was browsing the site I read this article and the posts. Then I went to Adelphia's site and went to check the network status. In about 75% of the states listed there are status tickets for slow connection and of course no connection. I hope something good comes of this lawsuit for everyone that is paying for this so called service.
