[Cable] Why can't I get credit for internet down duration?
I called to cancel my internet because my internet was down for 17 day (since Aug 12) and teksavvy fail to provide a date when they can fix it. When I was waiting for them to fix the internet, they promised me to give credit from the duration is down. BUT when I cancel the service, the representative didn't honour it. In the end, I had to pay for a service that teksavvy fail to provide.
