Optimum Wifi question

I tried to log in to Optimum wifi (away from my home near a hot spot) and it said "Too many registered devices". Now we don't use Optimum Wifi at home or much away from it, but it is possible that we have had other devices use it from time to time. At this time, no one was. Does anyone know about this and what to do about it?

Not sure exactly, but maybe log onto OOL website and manually remove registered devices no longer using the wifi hotspots. I seem to remember there being a limit on how many devices could be registered.

You can only have up to 5 registered devices for regular OOL. Ultra 50 is 10 devices and Ultra 101 is 15 devices.

you should be able to use "manual signin" if using a device you don't want to automatically sign inall the time. If this is a device you want to automatically sign in you have to remove one of the other devices you have set up for automatic sign in.
