I remember Marc was trying to recruit Spanish speaking CSRs for TSI. Did it happen and if so, when are they available? Did TSI get Spanish speakers for both sides, billing and tech support?--Consumerist.com | Consumers Union
i feel like the amount of staff they have, they must have a CSR that can speak spanish, and likely mandarin too and who knows what else.
We do have some Spanish speaking representatives. Unfortunately, we don't have any in our billing department however our CSRs can always coordinate internally to suite your needs
We worry more about getting internet than service language..spend time to keep customer working..
