and my question is how in hell did he supposedly reach that on a max 150mbps connection? Something very fishy here on Verizon's part - now if he was actually stealing bandwidth which is possble, then they wouldn't have sent the letter. Instead they'd have sent the Cops with a warrant and terminated his service immediately.

The statement I responded to assumes the guy streaming all that video does not own the copyright; the implication was that the guy was pirating content.

When he hit the 77TB, it was with a 300/65 connection. Afterwards he switched to a 150/35
