Third parties?

"...you may not provide Internet access to third parties through a wired or wireless connection ..."

So if I had FiOS, and set up my WiFi system with an open guest access option, I would be in violation? What are they going to do, backtrack to the MAC addresses of the wireless devices that used my WiFi's guest access? And that would get them what? I bet that there is a small, but statistically significant, percentage of residential consumer grade FiOS subscribers who have facilitated the unsecured WiFi guest option on their wireless routers if they know how to do that. They also have probably set low wireless speed limits on the guest account, if possible. You can be a good neighbor, but not get taken. I have depended on the kindness of a strangers open WiFi internet access, but they did set slow speed limits on its use. So I do the same, when I can afford to. You make watching video very difficult, but normal web surfing for some quick information is usable.
