Thank you for the fast reply.
What sucks is that I need an internet connection for my business. It's not like I'm complaining because I can't play video games or download movies. For me it's a bit more serious.
I think you are right, I may just need to switch to Rogers and cancel Teksavvy.
It really sucks because I liked Teksavvy.
With this situation they have illustrated to me that they are virtually helpless.
Whats worse is that they can't even give any sort of ETA on when my new modem will be provisioned and working.
If it's for business where you require reliability, you should not be using a connection that does not have an SLA, much less a connection without a business tariff. Same thing with Rogers residential cable.
