Can i use my ATT Wireless USB without a Computer??

I have a Nook HD Plus 9 inch tablet i got dor $179. I also have an ATT LTE Siera USB device LTE. Normally i just connect to a laptop and the software auto loads and within minutes i get LTE speeds. My question is can i use this device using some sort of USB adapter as the tablet has the micro USB port. The Nook has been rooted to use Android 4.2. If there is no way then can i just remove the SIM card from the sierra wireless device and slip into an Ipad or windows tablet with LTE support??

Thank You so much. This is the solution i ws looking for. Had no idea these existed. Will this work even though i dont have hotspot sharing on my ATT LTE plan unlimited monthly??

If you have a USB dongle it shouldn't matter.
