Fastpath vs. Interleaved
Has anyone noticed that they have a significicantly better SN margin with Fastpath compared to Interleaved? Mine is 19 with fastpath and 7 with interleaved. Shouldn't this be reversed?
I don't know that the S/N margin would be expected to change, unless the bit loadings changed. However with interleaved, the equipment would be better able to deal with a lower S/N.
If your number stays up around 19 dB, I am guessing that somebody fixed something in conjunction with putting you on fastpath. Nice margin now.

I was averaging 100,000 FEC errors every 24 hours WITH Interlaved, now I'm somewhere around 1200 with Fastpath.

I thought all U-verse deployments were Interleaved.
VDSL are. ADSL2+ can be changed.
