[Mobility] No text to renew my minutes this month

Every month I get a text saying I have 5 days to renew my minutes.
I didn't this month.
I almost missed the deadline to keep $50 worth of minutes.

Are they not reminding anymore?

One month does not make a pattern

As I recall it's 30 days, not a month, so you can lose track. I put my pay -n talk phones ( kids) on automatic top-up so the minutes accumulate. They still send a warning text (oddly) and then a 'top-up successfully completed' notice.
