before Verizon starts to throttle or limit use of services like Netflix or other legit streaming services in order to force people to buy on-demand video from Verizon? I'm sure Verizon hates people who don't use their on-demand but instead streams from legit video services.

Or maybe just a cap at 50 gb/month, but Verizon TV/on-demand exempt from that?
