Re: [Cable] Good bye Teksavvy

I hope Teksavvy CEO will wake up and change the contracts with Bell, Rogers, Telus to make sure the service is up and running as much as possible, not just opening tickets with them.

How?

Beat the shit out of their CEOs? Drug them? Threaten their pets and livestock?

You can't make someone sign a contract, especially someone 100x your size.

Well maybe Teksavvy needs to fix their SLAs with Rogers.

It's an absolute joke reading the problems people have around here and then seeing Teksavvy pass the blame onto Rogers.

TekSavvy can't do anything about an SLA with Rogers if Rogers isn't willing to go along with it. The problem with Cable internet for the independents is companies like Rogers have defined how they will deliver service to the CRTC. The CRTC has approved their methods and Rogers has no incentive to improve their customer service levels to the independents.

There is no SLA with Rogers. Rogers won't sign one.
