Yup never got any reason to complain speed-wise, can't wait for the speed increase on the upload side

Downgraded to the most basic pack for my TV and upgraded the internet from Turbo 20 to Ultimate 30. Just curious but is there a noticeable difference between Ultimate 30 & 60 for streaming things (ie. Roku, Netflix, Crackle etc.), besides the increase in the bandwidth cap. Thinking of going to 60 at the end of the year.

Droid, your modem is still showing an uptime of over 6 weeks, meaning it never lost full power. Can you remove the battery, then the power cord and then put both back?

In Hamilton? You should be getting higher upload I think. Try removing the power cord (and battery if you have our phone service), leave it for 30 seconds and plug it back in.

Considering the wife and kid are also streaming right now, not bad on a 14Mbps line, planning on changing back to TS in the near future, installer said a few weeks ago that they hope to get DOCSIS 3 in December with any luck.

Turbo20 - upload 3.6MB/s, up from 2Mb/s. One upstream channel on Cisco DPC3000.

Oh.

Kimmy's "Show us what you've got" thread didn't materialize the way the title suggested it might.

Damn

Looks like a congestion or signal issue. I'd have a tech come and check it out. Give cogeco a call and they'll help ya out. Got some family in leamington and their speeds are great.

Lucky you, here in Wheatley Ontario I am on Cogeco cable lines and here are my speedtest results:

Ping: 47ms
Down: 2.76mb
Up: 2.07mb

This is SUPPOSED to be a 20/2 service, how do you think I am enjoying this????!!!!
