5 minutes ago called 706 221 1000 ;;;; waited 14 minutes === no answer

IF THIS IS THE WAY THIS COMPANY TREATS A POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMER it raises a HUGE question about service to an existing customer ..............

Been a customer of Knology in Columbus for over six years. No idea how it is now with Wow, haven't had to call them for anything since tech and customer support has been transferred to the new company.

When it was Knology, the 221-1000 number resulted in a human picking up the phone nearly instantly, whether it was tech support or sales/customer support.
