Are the HW/FW versions indicated below the latest for Optimum supplied TM822G modems? Clicking "Reset FEC Counters" on the status screen does nothing in my case.

Yes the firmware for the TM822G is 2 years old. Resetting that counter is unrelated to the firmware as it resets the Correcteds/Uncorrectables Octets under RF Parameters - Downstream.

Optimum has yet to see fit to give us a newer firmware update for these modems.

Thanks! But are you saying that your counters are reset when you click "Reset FEC Counters"? Nothing happens in my case when I click it. I have to either cycle modem power, press in the reset button or disconnect the coax cable in order to reset the FEC counters.

Yes, when I click that the Correcteds/Uncorrectables numbers go back to 0 in my case without needing to reset the modem.

That's likely a web browser problem.

Yeah, figured it out after looking at the properties (javascript: clearcounters()). Works fine with Firefox and Chrome, IE10 needs compatibility view on for it to work but then the rest of the screen, if maximized, looks like crap.
