Firmware update for SB6120?

I've seen threads about this but my account did not let me reply. It apparently rebooted by itself a little over an hour ago - no power loss. I've often seen brief internet disconnects and was questioning if it was my NetGear wireless router but I think now it is the cable modem. Are these levels OK? Can I get an updated firmware?

The levels you posted look fine to me (they are better than mine, and I have no connection problems).

Whether or not you can get a firmware update for a DOCSIS cable modem is entirely up to your ISP; there is no official way for you to manually upgrade the firmware yourself. I think that the latest firmware from Arris/Motorola is SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.12-SCM00-NOSH. Comcast is my ISP, and the version they are currently distributing nationally is SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.10-SCM00-NOSH (they are currently testing the newer version). You can look under the Help tab in the modem's admin pages to find your current firmware.
